Its our last second day in Korea and we went to Hongdae to find for our second must-eat restaurant which we will go to everytime we were in Korea. Its called Bongousse BapBurger. Unfortunately, it had already closed down and so we decided to visit its other outlet at Sinchon. While on the way, we chanced upon a tiny shop "Isaac" which is famous for their toasts and we decided to give it a try!

Steak Ham VIP! |
The sandwiches are all prepared fresh ala minute and there is a wide variety available for customers to choose to their liking. The female owner would be at the shop front pan grilling buttered bread slices while her husband would be in the kitchen behind her preparing the other ingredients needed for their orders. The sandwich was simple but the sauce is extraordinary! I loved it so much! Wished that I have bought more but I needed to save some space for more food later!
We searched Sinchon for a while and located Bongousse's outlet! I had a hard time deciding what to eat because of the extended menu they had. There is also an english menu available! This restaurant sells rice burger. There are two ways to tackle this burger. One will be to eat it like a normal burger, second would be to press it together and eat it with a spoon. Personally, I like to eat it with a spoon. The burger is wrapped in a aluminum foil packaging which keeps the burger hot over time. The pricing is rather cheap too and so you can order more burgers if you want to try different flavours!!
We went to Myeongdong after that to shop for some clothes and to find a place to chill because it was rather cold. We went into SPAO to shop for some clothes.. Actually no, it was because of AOA. SEOLHYUNNNNNNN.

We went to Holly's Coffee after our shopping and chilled there briefly. We walked around Myeongdong after that to shop for cosmetics and headed to Itaewon for dinner!

Jang Sarang! |
This homely restaurant serves authentic Korean home cooked food. Most of the customers that patronized this restaurant are locals and there are rarely any foreigners that visit this restaurant! We ordered some food and when it was served, the owner of the restaurant stood by the table side to make sure that we liked the food. Awesome service!
The food was distinctive and I strongly believe that I would definitely come back to this restaurant the next time I visit Korea. The dishes sold here are not commonly found in the typical restaurants in Korea too.
We had Budae Jjigae and this restaurant serves free flow toppings (eg Korean rice cakes, vegetables, spam etc). However, it was not that delicious.

We spent our last full day in Korea eating as usual and these are some of the highlights!

We were actually quite excited to try this lobster roll because the reviews were rather good and it looked good too. But when we tried it, it was underwhelming and tasted quite normal which explains why the restaurant was rather empty at peak hour.

Norang Tongdak Korean Fried Chicken |
Our local friends brought us to one of Norang Tongdak Korean Fried Chicken's outlets which was located at Hyehwa. It was REALLY good and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have quality Chimaek (Fried chicken + Beer). They serve draught(draft) beer too which compliments their fried chicken to the next level. Must try!!

Hotteok MVP |
An honorable mention will be this stall selling Hotteoks in Hyehwa. It is only 1000won and you can see that the chef puts in a lot of effort in making the hotteoks from controlling the heat to the making of the hotteoks. He sells 2 flavours which are mainly melted sugar and vegetables. Unlike the ones that I've tried elsewhere, his hotteoks are full of melted brown sugar which is really value for money. MUST TRY TOO!!
We went to a supermarket nearby to have some last minute shopping because we will be catching an early flight the next day. To close the post, South Korea was really fun and exciting to explore and we will definitely be back to visit other parts of Korea!!
